Strong match for spending a night in Orlando with excellent value for money. The pool and grounds were well maintained.

Location? Perfect. Plenty of great restaurants and attractions nearby. the accommodations were far from acceptable. The room smelled unpleasant, and the carpets were wet. No shower curtain, and flooded after use. Dirt and hair littered the floor. Customer service, on the other hand, was impressive. They quickly addressed the resort fee issue without hassle. Unfortunately, it didn't compensate for the discomfort. Issues like broken A/C, poorly functioning keys, and lack of proper cleaning protocols are disappointing. The beds? Small and uncomfortable. Expectations based on photos were not met. An early check-in attempt turned into a frustrating endeavor. Steps for improvement are clear—better maintenance, staffing, and transparency are essential.

The unit we got was a nice size and warm with king sized beds, bathtub, as example. The location was good and excellent in a central area, short walk to surrounding area, theme parks and a taxi.

Our room was a disaster. It wasn't ready when we checked in, and housekeeping was still cleaning. The place smelled musty, and the noise from above was unbearable. The whole experience left us feeling stressed and disappointed. Never again!

This hotel made it super easy to discover many fun spots around Orlando, being just a short walk away from fantastic restaurants like Starbucks and Cooper's Hawk and only a cozy stroll of about 15 minutes to exciting attractions like The Wheel at ICON Park and Madame Tussauds, plus Universal Orlando Resort is just under 3 kilometers away, which is super convenient for park lovers;

Check-in was quick and friendly, which gave a good first impression. But that faded fast—the room felt neglected with worn carpets and bathroom issues. I found bugs on the floor and a broken toilet paper holder. The noise from upstairs was unbearable, waking us up well before dawn every day. The location was decent, close to restaurants, but the overall vibe felt more like a budget motel than a resort. Staff was nice, but when I raised concerns, there was little resolution. Not what I expected for the price.

The room had a basic setup with lumpy pillows that detracted from comfort. The air conditioner struggled to cool the space, making it difficult to sleep peacefully. I noticed a slippery bathtub, which was concerning, and the shower had a yellow tint that felt uninviting. The carpet leading to our room was dirty, and I encountered a few ants. The noise from other guests and a late-night disturbance interrupted our rest. the staff provided friendly service, maintaining a warm atmosphere. Despite the issues, the location was vibrant, surrounded by plenty of amenities and activities.

Thank you very much all for a such great stay during the night. It had very central location close to Coca-Cola Orlando Eye. I greatly enjoyed that the hotel was 23 minutes drive from the airport.
